Pillory is Mockingbird

The Central Intelligence Agency and the NSA use Mockingbird to discredit those who know of CIA NSA FBI conduct.

Mockingbird is the accusatory defamatory created public appearances and reputation of a person being discredited by Paid Actors who are asserting through conduct allegations that make a mockery of the Targeted Person undergoing the Stalk.

The Pillory of Edward Paul Donegan by a Mockingbird stalk of him (me) is CIA NSA FBI defensive, the very reason Title 18 Chapter 73 was meant to protect whistelblowers from this campaign of persecution, denied persecution, but real persecution.

I Edward Paul Donegan have written for 30 years in the First Amendment as protection from corruption, now I write about the Gang Stalk system as hiding harrassment of journalists.

The Zetas at the border of Texas were notorius for violence against citizen and commercial jounalists, Soviet and Chinese governments have legally persucuted journalists in the legal system.

I did read fair recently in Digital Fortress when the NSA wanted to silence leaker on the run they used sockpuppet social media accounts and tricks like that to discredit the leaker in any way they could in a public way and the FBI DOJ have done the same against politcal threats.

Targeting of people for police harrsment (by frame jobs and break ins or by prosecution in the courts on sham charges) does work and it works on victims of the CIA FBI who they were rather not admit they victimized.
