I am being harassed by some captains of defense industry backed politicians tied to the Manhattan Project and the CIA and FBI DOJ having “fragged” their own JFK and RFK to support colonialism overthrows and now cover-up the long term FBI CIA DOD DOJ acts by preemptive COINTELPRO use on witness to that history, in my case leading to homelessness.
Col Fletcher Prouty literally wrote the book on the JFK assassination by these Military Industrial Complex crime families and I used to go skating with him, the Donegans and Proutys togethe on the frozen cranberry fields of Boston Massachusetts where my Manhattan Project WWII and Cold War family went to church at St Aidans, home of the Kennedy Family too, Dorcheste Massashussettes. More names tied to this later.
Fletcher Prouty was played by Donald Sutherland using the name Mr. Ex, special activities secret CIA pilot. My own father’s obitutary is here too.
JAMES DONEGAN OBITUARY
James P. Donegan, 86, of Lincoln, Calif., originally from Dorchester, Mass., died Oct. 13, from injuries following an accident. Jim leaves his wife, Sue Ann of Lincoln; two sons from his first marriage, Thomas of Provincetown, Mass., and Edward of Arlington, Va. He also leaves a sister, Mary “Betty” Connolly of Atlantic Beach, Fla.; and a brother, Robert of Marshfield, Mass. He served in the Army Air Corps in Europe during World War II and later flew many combat missions as an Air Force fighter pilot over North Korea. Following the war, Jim joined TWA and spent the next 35 years as a pilot captain. His career took him over many of their domestic and international routes. Upon retirement, he met and married his adored wife Sue Ann and together they settled into an idyllic outdoor lifestyle, dividing their time between their Walnut Creek, Calif., condo, and hiking and skiing at their home in the High Sierra town of Truckee. A celebration of Jim’s life is planned later this month in Lincoln for his friends and family.
Boeing Aeraospace certianly was part of watching German aircraft design.
Certainly, Boeing’s George Scharer was at Volkenrode in May 1945 and saw first hand German aerodynamic data, but as noted, the top-secret files were to be shared. The author has been to the Douglas archives and seen over 10 five-draw cabinets full of German aerodynamic data so that “secret” data was available to Douglas -and all other manufacturers – years before the advent of the 707 vs DC-8 competition.

In 1955, the Soviet Union successfully tested a hydrogen bomb, and in 1957 it launched the Sputnik satellite, surpassing the United States in rocket technology. Fearing that the Soviet Union had the ability to attack the United States with intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM), the United States made development of a reliable, rapid-response ballistic missile the highest priority.
On Feb. 27, 1958, the U.S. Air Force received approval from the Department of Defense to begin research and development on the new missile designated Weapon System 133-A, called the “Minuteman.” The design called for a three-stage, solid-fueled missile that was to be extremely reliable, quick to launch, have maximum simplicity and a high capability for survival, and be able to remain on alert in its silo 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for many years.
On Oct. 9, 1958, the Air Force announced its selection of Boeing as assembly and test contractor for the Minuteman missile, beginning one of the most complex, largest and longest running programs in Boeing history. At its peak, it would employ 39,700 people located at Boeing sites in Seattle and at the missile final assembly site at Plant 77 in Ogden, Utah.
Boeing teamed with nine other industry contractors — including North American Aviation’s Autonetics Division, based in Anaheim, Calif. — to build, test and deploy the missiles. In 1996, Autonetics joined The Boeing Company as part of the Boeing acquisition of Rockwell International’s aerospace and defense businesses.
The first launch of a Minuteman was conducted at Cape Canaveral, Fla., on Feb. 1, 1961. Within a month, construction began on the first base for the missile. On Nov. 17, 1961, the first successful launch from a silo occurred.
The first operational Minuteman site was Malmstrom Air Force Base, Mont., where the first 10-missile “flight” was rushed into activation on Oct. 27, 1962, at the height of the Cuban Missile Crisis. President Kennedy referred to the missiles as his “ace in hole” during the historic standoff with the Soviet Union.
Within five years, 1,000 missiles were operational in Montana, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. Each Minuteman was housed in its own hardened underground launch silo, which was approximately 80 feet (24 meters) deep and 12 feet (4 meters) in diameter. The company built, installed and maintained the missiles in their silos and trained Air Force personnel involved in the program.
Minuteman II, first launched in 1964, was capable of striking targets with far greater accuracy than its predecessor. The next version, Minuteman III, was first launched in 1968, with greater accuracy, range and target capability.
The last Minuteman III was delivered from Plant 77 on Nov. 30, 1978. In all, Boeing had deployed 150 Minuteman IA, 650 Minuteman IB, 500 Minuteman II, and 550 Minuteman III missiles. Minuteman III missiles are part of the United States Strategic Command that also includes the Navy’s Ohio class fleet of ballistic missile submarines and Air Force’s B-2 and B-52 bombers.
The Minuteman program established Boeing as a leader in large-scale system integration. Today, the combined heritage of the Minuteman programs of Boeing and Autonetics continues as Boeing Strategic Deterrence Systems (SDS), supporting the Air Force with system evaluation, testing, training and modernization.
A Rich History at Santa Susana Field Laboratory
The site of the former Santa Susana Field Laboratory occupies a unique place in U.S. and California history. Santa Susana Mountains and surrounding Simi Valley in Ventura County provided land, wildlife, plants and trees to support Native American tribes who inhabited this region. The field lab’s history is replete with tales of stagecoach trips and bandits, and it provided the backdrop to several movie and television shows from 1939 to 1996.
The Santa Susana Field Laboratory was operated for the federal government by various Boeing heritage companies, including North American Aviation, Rockwell International, Atomics International and Rocketdyne. NASA also had operations at the site beginning in 1973, when it acquired land from the U.S. Air Force. Boeing purchased Rockwell’s aerospace and defense unit, acquiring the Santa Susana property in 1996.
North American Aviation is where the P-51 my father flew was developed, Inglewood California area of Manhattan Beach City Los Angeles County where the Labs, and Richard Nixon’s 1946 Congressional District was.
