Edward Paul Donegan does not need child courts or child (or adult retardation) services but when the Trust Fund left by Glorian Donegan to behavoiral health care was hijacked by criminal influences it bilked the trust fund and did so in a way destroying Edward Donegan’s life, allowing smearing false allegations to proceed and to proceed behdind his (my) back in what in Con Artist langauge is Grandparents Scam.

THe Grand Parents Scam uses false claims behind a persons back to their grandparents, scam artists suggesting if the Grandparents act in a way like a secret Racer X brother (Speed racer cartoon) an unnkown helper of goodwill can but the gradson out of trouble with a payment to the con artist, the con artists may suggest the grandon owes a gambling debt but the debt collectors will forgive the debt verbally to the grandson if it is secretly paid by somneone like the grandmother.

My trust fund is paying destructive allegations that have led to job loss and more, finally homelessness.

The FBI often plants child porn on or arround policitcal people in COINTELPRO.

This system has “targeted” me with child porn plants very destructive to me, false allegations, and COINTELPRO black budgets and slusch funds do exist in the cofffers of asset seizures and drugs and drug money moving into and out of evidence lockers and Miami Vice style operations.

The reality is there is an FBI and CIA and US DOD interest in me that is more geared towards elder abuse by the repution job, and book sales damage the reputation damage causes.

There has been a Modus Operandi of prejudice ballasting judges by secretive child courts influencing cases where Due Process is present.

Ballast is material that is used to provide stability to a vehicle or structure. Ballast, other than cargo, may be placed in a vehicle, often a ship or the gondola of a balloon or airship, to provide stability. Wikipedia

When I was evicted from a FOlsom St apartemtment and restraining order granted agains me the judge had beeb pre briefed on some matter never disclosed to me but there was said to be a Grand Jury who found 25 falst cases that my average dating interest was 27.5 year old females who were sophisticates and that no charge had ever held and people talked about that as they walked next to me.

This was 2003 era San Francisco and Kamala Harris as DA.

Using faked cases in child courts exparte (me not there or duly informed, etc.,) then taking that smear into preducing judges and others in matter where justice should follow the winds of the trial matters, rather than be ballasted with fake allegations, is what has happened some fifteen times.

ARC of Nova seems involved with the Ballast manufacture and once when I was suing ARC Of NOVA in federal court a Mark Gonzales case right before that case and I think same federal judge taking cheep shots at me.

The idea has been to smear and and destroy my life and that is because elements inside the USA used my DNA illegally during the atomic testing prorgam, that is tied to the Kennedy assasination(s) and over 150 people like me have been “hit” or smeared by ilegal mafia operations actually run by the FBI in alliance with certain sniteches and undgerround groups.

Using COINTELPRO including using MAFIA in COINTELPRO is violation of 18 USC Chapter 73 witness assasintion, intimdation or smearing.
