Many like myself view the seizure of elian Gonzalez for his return to Cuba as an actor Jack booted for the pigs. My father viewed it as the father’s right inside Cuba and this came out of his own history of family rights and what was happening inside his own family.

It’s very clear the university system private universities and private institutions that many concepts of how the government has to be equal in the treatment of people private people may make their own preferences to who they associate with now even who they marry whether it be a man choosing to associate or marry a woman or another man. Understanding that the first and 14th amendment work together a lot of ways to control the state and how the state is not allowed to be arbitrary in a treatment of people based on race gender or politics things like that or their political opinions private institutions have much more flexibility in creating a safe religious University then we accept only islamics or Catholics or Jews or people like
