Going into the gym (again after most of my life an being stalked earlier in and out of the gym – STalkers at Club One San Francisco led me to move to Arlington VA with my mother.)

I was incredibly good at reading scientific literature on sports medicine, Syndrome X, diabetese and hunger mechanisms (starving cells when insulin resistant) and terms like dopamine antagonist or agonist. I had A1c 13.3 and lowered it six months to 4.7 and dropped huge amounts of fat and gained muscle.

Similarly at 29min 50 secondes a woman in yoga pants would walk from my maching to the drinking fountain every single time making me appear to follow her when she was positioning herself in front of me.

Out of context especially the context of WOKROUT OVER on the treadmill not in the shot I appear an aggressor.

They mean as visual porn that I owed for , modeling.

To discredit me it was made a ongoing parade of gym clothes peeoping.

I knew this made no sense, I was not getting finances for health recovery.

I went further into it and found the same things tied to my mother were tied to me, odd DNA references.

In fact a Gambit system of accusations of me in abuse accusations of me fueled street fights, etc.,

I know believe the rationale (that my music or I was too white and non white gym coaches needed to be is gym proponents) was not the reason.

I needed the gym to survive and like most Kennedy Assasination Witnesses things go wrong for me especially after State backed COINTELPRO activities including evidence plants in my home and belongings have destroyed my life.

I think certain big names connected to MKULTRAs past,. ,most big names, won’t admit that many strange deaths and tragedies befall those tied to Kennnedy history and the Donegans are.

Much of what was done in the gym and elsewhere to myself and Tom Dunham was Psychiatric Driving (Dr Cameron,) the practicing on pushing emotional buttons hoping to provoke fights, confrontations, and disrupt the activities that had been underway.

Behavioral warfare attempting to get poluting noise and toxic abusive envrionement when in fact Tom Dunham and I calm except upon fights picked with us when we want none. (us accidently being bumped into – repitiviely, etc.,)

I can tell you this. Tom Dunham and I have both noted teens sexualized near us making us appear to be tied into the exploitation of teens.

Teens were acting irregularly as adult women moved other adult women away from me in a whispering campaign at the beach.

Teens trying to show off and accentuate buttocks move riging in front of me, early teens. I commented to the women with them and who moved the adult women from near me that the sight of this was ridiculous.

She (the adult woman) responded to me “Yes they sure do dress sexy at this age!” to which I responded “Frankly my dear I don’t give a damn.”

At Fajitaville the person with public mike made references a hinting a preadator was near (hinting it was me.) Same happed at the sandwich shop near Ro Fitness a guitar singer.

The technique is Smear rather than Clear. I assert the context of what I was doing was changed by the people around me changing. To totality of it if rationally portrayed and documented clears me. But the intest was to smear me and perpetuate that smear at the location and transmit the smear at other locations to.

Further as being explicit conduct (sexualized behavior) and abusive and Rough Noise as to its being done creating hostile environment even if tolerated by the smeared person is still abusive to the smeared person, often creating distracting emotions.

The Stasi perfected the technique of psychological harassment of perceived enemies known as Zersetzung a term borrowed from chemistry which literally means “decomposition”.

It preferred to paralyze them, and it could do so because it had access to so much personal information and to so many institutions.

Tactics employed under Zersetzung usually involved the disruption of the victim’s private or family life. This often included psychological attacks, such as breaking into their home and subtly manipulating the contents, in a form of gaslighting i.e. moving furniture around, altering the timing of an alarm, removing pictures from walls, or replacing one variety of tea with another etc.

Other practices included property damage, sabotage of cars, travel bans, career sabotage, administering purposely incorrect medical treatment, smear campaigns which could include sending falsified, compromising photos or documents to the victim’s family, denunciation, provocation, psychological warfare, psychological subversion, wiretapping, bugging, mysterious phone calls or unnecessary deliveries, even including sending a vibrator to a target’s wife. Increasing degrees of unemployment and social isolation could and frequently did occur due to the negative psychological, physical, and social ramifications of being targeted.

Usually, victims had no idea that the Stasi were responsible. Many thought that they were losing their minds, and mental breakdowns and suicide were sometimes the result. There is on-going debate as to the extent, if at all, that weaponised directed energy devices, such as X-ray transmitters, were also used against victims.

In the late sixties and early seventies, more than a thousand political organizations were
watchlisted. At least 10,000 American homes were burglarized by the FBI in illegal “black bag
jobs” for the purpose of political intelligence gathering.

In 1971, only 1% of the paper collected by the FBI had anything to do with organized crime, and 2/3 was devoted to political monitoring and supression of political activities. The FBI carried out 500,000 investigations on so-called subversives from 1960 to 1974, without a single court conviction.

Books have noticed that the NWO have Targeted many who have died about to testify about JFK but died before they testified or even knew they might be called or why.

I think I am being premptively saboutouged, I have a few liabilities like bad health, bad body, aged, no livin family, and have hated far right opinioins.
