So my Father James Paul Donegan is listed as being born in Dorchester Massachusetts kind of a Brookline area which apparently is well to do. My father had told me his father immigrated from Ireland was unable to work as an accountant at some point and had to do janitorial work. It is possible his father my grandfather fraternal lived well to do in Brookline but then had to move to Quincy after having lost his job. Nevertheless the friendship with a Kennedy stayed from saying Aiden’s my father growing up not going to college went into the army Air corps.
In 1952 both the Kennedys and donigans will get married James Paul Donegan and John f Kennedy it’s possible the lesser known Kennedy then could have traveled to Denton North Carolina for the marriage of my father and Gloria and Donegan or her family was in North Carolina.
