Yes, it is what I call Phase Two. Stalkers hope to created illusion secretly surrounding you (you are blind to their being operatives) and then the surround those you know (you are blind they are defaming you as Law Enfrocement) to those you know or would have known. Thus a Double Blind 12 Step as it is called. Once detected Phase II begins. The operatives to the Stalked Person (TI) are open about planting evidence, etc., but are often vocal without being verbal. In my case they laugh when a under 18 female is around, but don’t verbalize anything. From the vauge voalizations it MIGHT be surmized I am accused of being turned on by the minor and the laugh is that my secret is know to providers who offered me the sight of exploited children.
