The first amendment in criminal cartels

The first amendment establishes a free press.

There is a hope the Free press would expose deceptions in government but there is no requirement of that of the press nor is there any proof that a free press would expose corruption and government.

It is true that the press those with large Rachel voice can cause people harm by defaming them the liberated slandering.

When the press is part of our cartel it may be effective with suppressing criticism of the cartel and that cartel may have roots and control of both the press itself and of government offices.

Should the press knowingly back a criminal cartel much as it did with Al Capone the press may have liability if they knowingly helps slander critics of the cartel.
