Open Letter to General Counsel and Business Managers of places I frequent

If have asked the employees of your place of business to forward this letter to management and the General Counsel for your organization it is because I believe or have evidence that influential figures have entangled your business in a corruption ring though you may not recognize the money laundering and fraud business (that has influential government figures support) as being criminal or element of serious and actionable felonies.

What is occurring on your premise are sexual and physical attacks as a hate crime committed against me which are tied to fraud and violent racketeering colored as law enforcement acts for instance practice exercises or other excuses for the conduct. An illegal and abusive smear campaign alters normal activities of mine into (by the embellishments of others) a State actors influence criminal Racket funding asset seizure of mine and smear of me as obstruction of justice by Abuse of Process achieved in false pretexts

Away from you premises and away from me a Dopple of me who may also have been at your premises under confrontation from Law Enforcement will stipulate that he filmed a minor in a sexual way or engaged in some other civilly or criminally actionable misconduct and that misconduct stipulated is my misconduct and the stipulation is not my stipulation and in accounting fraud compensating misconduct stipulated to is part of a racketeering shakedown of my trust fund depleting both my assets and my reputation as my trust fund is used to reward rather than fight misconduct allegations against me.

Because an impersonator of will forge me agreement to stipulated facts out of courts arbitration (I suspect at TJ Henry dispute resolution by Hispanic Trial Lawyers Jacob Cadena or other Social Justice advocates in Latina and Salvation Ministries Texas)

The false, defamatory, injurious, and unjust use of false allegations against me incrementally built as a legend is meant to destroy my life and it has. False allegations against me are politically and otherwise profitable to those who stage the appearance of my guilt.

I believe because my father served in the US Military and DNA was taken from my family line destructive sexual assaults on me destroying my life because I appear the perpetrator of acts near me is meant to be the final step in the destruction of my entire families life and upon my death (I am in bad health now and single) the last available witness to the DNA misconduct my family has been subjected to will leave this earth.

Building via confrontational contradictory statements Record or Legend created of Espionage vest. Incremental and non-conclusive circumstantial plants of Narrative elements create a cloud of suspicion surrounding a Stalk Victim such as myself.

When Espionage agents are in trouble they have a vest they create, a cover story that allows them to advance over the evidence against them or advance themselves over their victims by abusing the espionage capabilities they have at their disposal including the available co-operation from the public in operations.

They invest in its structure by statements they make, records they produce, events they control often under-cover causing outcomes of a victim to be negative when a good outcome for the victim should occur ranging from a started rumor causing a potential date to turn down a defamed Espionage victim on a Friday night all the way to a healthy patient in a hospital for a routine checking being exposed to lethal radiation by a CIA influence X-Ray tech.

• Manipulate Response from Stalk Victims as Perceived Stimuli : Police harassment of a pro police Stalk Victim will cause a Stalk Victim to flip off a police officer or shout police slurs that appear to indicate the Stalk Victim is signaling that he or she is anti-police
• Falsified Records : Bills or receipts for unused unwanted services, thank yous offered verbally to a Stalk Victim contribute to public perception the Stalk Victim has agreed to something when in fact the Stalk Victim has NOT but forgeries by Espionage elsewhere may reinforce the legend a Stalk Victim has agreed to something.
• Black Bag Jobs: Use of Landlord or Business co-operation with sham investigations may allow for access into a Stalk Victims home or places of business transactions for fake transaction records, forgeries, planted damning evidence or removed exculpatory evidence from an Espionage victims home or surroundings.
• Paid Actors : Acting as members of the public but under cover assets paid actors can create appearances altering the context of events or misrepresenting what occurred at various locations as though neutral witness
• Items or articles strewn around: suggesting or consistent with a Narrative (Legend), In my case people adding themselves as Photobombs to my using Google Books to read in a coffee shop on my smartphone, vulnerable children’s clothes or toys left near or on my property, etc.,
• Tricked Photos or asks for cooperation or access Claiming to be on some mission that is actually a sham police may ask a woman to submit to a strip search, pose for photos, etc., See the movie Compliance for an example. Compromising photos may later defame the person who cooperated with police and the photos that are uncharacteristic perceived as real.

FBI DOJ and long running families including tbe Prescott Bush family line and Rockefeller I think are tied to the assassinations of the Kennedy and Donegan family members. FBI and CIA mechanisms for cover-up include destruction of FBI and CIA records, classifying damning information, assassination of politicians and journalists with knowledge of the programs who will not comply with secrecy demands, and assassination of journalists by car accidents or what I call the Texas protocol of contacts with law enforcement either to protect a child from a journalist by arresting the journalist or and FBI program of COINTELPRO creating life destroying and street fights over allegations or perceptions or accusations of misconduct.

Your business or organization may be cooperating in an illegal COINTELPRO program that involves manufacture and funding of false allegations against me and the program I assert has government corruption rather than other motives for its operation.

I am most likely to become involved in a conflict with an in-sophisticate assaulting me including street criminals, illegal immigrants, or others and I seek to avoid conflicts or the eruption of fights.
