A Brief on Law With Statutory and Constitutional Authority of capital cases arising under  41 USC § 1981,  18 USC Chapter 73 and 18 USC § 1961

I assert that over time (as he asserts and others assert) those who know too much are silenced that is the Constellation of Subversion (itself a crime) I assert is occurring as Treason.

First the Facts I assert then the Conspiracy to erode public understanding of the facts.

In furtherance of Colonialism JFK was assassinated by British leaning US Espionage and since then Espionage has silenced witness to the assassination.

It is my belief that there is a row of Kingpins of guilt – unlikely bedfellows – in the yard of the CIA on a large mattress, peers in bed together.

The Bush family that put Barrack Obama into power including Bush connected Donald Barr William Pellham Barr Christopher Wray and others, and the CIA have killed in Guyana and elsewhere in secret brain research often tied to Disciples of Christ using Scottish Rites resources.

I assert the evidence is now overwhelming.

Much as the 1st and 14th Amendment work together in law where some are targeted, the smear campaign launched if offense of Title 18 Chapter 73 is strong enough in effect to Conspire Against Rights protected by 18 USC 241, 242, and 243.

This is why I am homeless and have no computers, but false eviction from an undercover operation and break-ins to my home office stealing my computer or harrassing me in other ways.

On March 1, 1967 New Orleans district attorney Jim Garrison arrested Claw Shaw for conspiring to murder John F. Kennedy. Shaw promptly had his attorneys file a motion for dismissal based on the fact that the Warren Commission proved that there was no conspiracy in the JFK Assassination. The court ruled in the state’s favor claiming that the Warren Commission was hearsay. If you look up the word hearsay, you’ll find that it is evidence that cannot be admitted in a court of law:

Others close to this witness later stated that the subject had not told everything he knew about the suspicious men behind the fence. At the Yalta Conference (February 4-11, 1945) Churchill, Roosevelt, and Stalin tried to work out arrangements for the postwar world, especially in regard to Eastern Europe, Central Europe, and the future of the United Nations. This hand-drawn map was intended for use in establishing occupation zones in Germany. Reluctant to make a hasty and final decision on this matter, Churchill said that the Big Three were “dealing with the fate of eighty million people and that required more than eighty minutes to consider.”

William Averell Harriman (November 15, 1891 – July 26, 1986), better known as Averell Harriman, was an American Democratic politician, businessman, and diplomat. The son of railroad baron E. H. Harriman, he served as Secretary of Commerce under President Harry S. Truman, and later as the 48th governor of New York. He was a candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination in 1952 and 1956, as well as a core member of the group of foreign policy elders known as “The Wise Men“.

While attending Groton School and Yale University, he made contacts that led to creation of a banking firm that eventually merged into Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. He owned parts of various other companies, including Union Pacific Railroad, Merchant Shipping Corporation, and Polaroid Corporation. During the presidency of Franklin D. Roosevelt, Harriman served in the National Recovery Administration and on the Business Advisory Council before moving into foreign policy roles. After helping to coordinate the Lend-Lease program, Harriman served as the ambassador to the Soviet Union, and attended the major World War II conferences. After the war, he became a prominent advocate of George F. Kennan‘s policy of containment. He also served as Secretary of Commerce, and coordinated the implementation of the Marshall Plan.

In 1954, Harriman defeated Republican Senator Irving Ives to become the Governor of New York. He served a single term before his defeat by Nelson Rockefeller in the 1958 election. Harriman unsuccessfully sought the presidential nomination at the 1952 Democratic National Convention and the 1956 Democratic National Convention. Although Harriman had Truman’s backing at the 1956 convention, the Democrats nominated Adlai Stevenson II in both elections.

After his gubernatorial defeat, Harriman became a widely respected foreign policy elder within the Democratic Party.

He helped negotiate the Partial Nuclear Test Ban Treaty during President John F. Kennedy‘s administration, and was deeply involved in the Vietnam War during the Lyndon B. Johnson administration. After Johnson left office in 1969, Harriman became affiliated with various organizations, including the Club of Rome and the Council on Foreign Relations.

The International Trade Mart was a New Orleans-based organization promoting international trade and the Port of New Orleans, Louisiana, United States. The organization was founded in 1946, and merged with International House in 1968, when it was renamed to World Trade Center New Orleans.

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
