Chancey Holt (one of the Three Hobos,) who had a nose bleed and stuffed Kleenex up his nostrils to stop the bleeding, testified that he and the other two tramps presented phony TX and Treasury Department credentials, which Holt said he made up with the bogus Secret Service credentials, to the police officers. Holt added that he told the police they were working under cover.
Chauncey Holt reiterates his statement that he was behind the TSBD [Train Station Boarding Decks?] when shots were fired at the presidential limousine. He also submitted in his testimony that he truly believes that he was put out back in the rail road yard to be used as a potential patsy, if it didn’t work out with Oswald for one reason or another.
When the Kennedy motorcade reached the Dealey Plaza Holt was in the parking lot behind the Grassy Knoll. After the shooting took place Holt went to hide in a railroad car. He was joined by Charles Harrelson and Charles Rogers. However, soon afterwards, Dallas police officers entered the railroad car and arrested all three men. The three men along with Jim Brading were interviewed by Gordon Shanklin of the FBI and then released.
On 12th March, 1961, William Harvey arranged for CIA operative, Jim O’Connell, to meet Sam Giancana, Santo Trafficante, Johnny Roselli and Robert Maheu at the Fontainebleau Hotel. During the meeting O’Connell gave poison pills and $10,000 to Rosselli to be used against Fidel Castro. As Richard D. Mahoney points out in his book Sons and Brothers, The days of Jack and Bobby Kennedy (1999): “Late one evening, probably March 13, Rosselli passed the poison pills and the money to a small, reddish-haired Afro-Cuban by the name of Rafael “Macho” Gener in the Boom Boom Room, a location Giancana thought “stupid.” Rosselli’s purpose, however, was not just to assassinate Castro but to set up the Mafia’s partner in crime, the United States government. Accordingly, he was laying a long, bright trail of evidence that unmistakably implicated the CIA in the Castro plot. This evidence, whose purpose was blackmail, would prove critical in the CIA’s cover-up of the Kennedy assassination.”
Shaw, now a self-employed architect in Cleburne, Texas, he is also co-author with Charles Crenshaw of Trauma Room One (2001).
In October, 1991, Holt confessed to John Craig, Phillip Rogers and Gary Shaw about his role in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Holt’s story was undermined in 1992 when the Dallas Police Department revealed that the three tramps were Gus Abrams, John F. Gedney and Harold Doyle. Ray and Mary LaFontaine carried out their own research into this claim. They traced Doyle and Gedley who confirmed they were two of the tramps in the photograph. Gus Abrams was dead but his sister identified him as the third tramp in the photograph.
Groomed leaders are supposed to have a cover story not a CIA past. On August 4 1962 with RFK trying to figure out what was happening Marylin Monroe aka Norma Jean who will help the CIA overcome the Monroe Doctrine starting in 1952 under plans in Seattle will die photographed at an alternative timeline history of Barrack Obama Jr. having a birthday with one potential white mother. The real mother is not Evan Ban in Santa Monica Manhattan beach the at least biological mother is Glorian Donegan Inglewood St Josephs hospital.
On November 19 1963 Richard Helms will plant a seed in RFK’s mind. The sitting Attorney General receives news from Helms the Cubans have rifles that are Belgian Nato round 7.51 x about 50mm or so. [Lisa Pease A Lie Too Big To Fail.] Rounds like this will be found and hidden at the JFK assasination site but leave of mounds of “gopher hole piles.”
Frank Sturgis and Charles Harrelson are in railroad cars, it does not like THEIR Belgian heavy machine gun was ever found but they were arrested along with St John Hunt in a railroad car. One will have a bloody nose characteristic of shockwave trauma from the muzzle.
Charles Cabell, Earl Cabell, and a few others, Helms and MCone have it all worked out. It LOOKS like LHO took the shot, LHO was surprised anyone would even think so.
Robert F. Kennedy would die trying to become POTUS and Nixon would win after RFK died, and Nixon was able to continue his 1946 to 1963 dirty tricks of CIA activities into his own presidency but gets impeached as his 1951 to 1963 assassins team tries in the 1970s to coverup the 1950s and 1960s.
JFK had been told he would again hold the Pacific for the US Military, not in a PT boat but as President insuring Polynesia, Indonesia, Micronesia, etc., would control the Pacific for the UN Navy and that none of those countries would become a “Cuba” to nearby Australia.
News in Ulster Province rages as the Troubles erupt and JFKs own CIA and FBI back England as Joseph Kennedy Sr did.
On the way to the Trademart luncheon JFK is assasinated. His speech is unread but it says the US is dropping policies of Latin American and other (Indonesia) overthrows.
With Lyndon B. Johnson in, LBJ tells his military “You’ve got your [Vietnam] war now.”
“There is no space in this volume [her book about the assasination of RFK: A Lie Too Big To Fail] to lay out the case for the CIA’s role in the President Kennedy assasination but it is a strong one. Please see The Last Investigation by Fonzi, Oswald and the CIA by Newman, The Unspeakable by Douglas, Destiny Betrayed by Jim DiEugenio, and Pease’s own book with DiEugenio The Assasinations – Probe Magazine on JFK.
With that said Pease’s knowledge of the context of the JFK and RFK assasionations that do like other CIA hits have elements in common help break the case.
Richard Helms, McCone, others planned the hit on RFK and JFK under Nixon Executive Action subversion (overthrow) schemes and protecting the scheme itself as well as the countries targeted for overthrow sill remaining selected for overthrow as a matter of substance.
November 18, 1963: Kennedy confides to his good friend senator George Smathers of Florida that Vice President Johnson wants First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy to ride in the car with him during the upcoming tour of Texas.[90] The exact motorcade route is finalized.
Dallas police chief Jesse Curry increased the level of security during Kennedy’s visit; he put into effect the most stringent security precautions in the city’s history.[48] Curry even deputized citizens to take action for any suspicious acts that could endanger the president.[91]
November 19, 1963: The White House formally announces the timetable of events for the president’s visit, including a planned arrival time of 12:30 p.m. CST at the Trade Mart.[92]
On Thursday, November 21, 1963, at 11:07 p.m., Air Force One lands at Carswell Air Force Base on the outskirts of Fort Worth, Texas. The president and his wife walk down the steps of the aircraft and are met by Raymond Buck, president of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, and his wife.
Air Force Two also lands at Carswell with vice president Lyndon B. Johnson, Texas governor John Connally and Senator Ralph Yarborough. Connally and Yarborough dislike each other so much that Yarborough is unwilling to travel in the same car with Johnson, who is an ally of Connally. The following day, the president instructs him to ride with Johnson.[94]
At 11:35 p.m., the Kennedys arrive at the Hotel Texas in Fort Worth after being cheered by thousands of well-wishers lined on the route toward the West Freeway. Despite the late time and rainy weather, the president and Mrs. Kennedy take some time to shake hands with admirers gathered outside the hotel before retiring to their assigned suite (Room 850) for the night.
On Friday, November 22, 1963, at 8:45 a.m., the president speaks before breakfast in a square across Eighth Street, accompanied by Congressman Jim Wright, Senator Yarborough, Governor Connally and Vice President Johnson. Kennedy praises Fort Worth’s aviation industry. The attendees, members of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, are largely conservativeRepublicans.[95]
At 9:10 a.m., Kennedy takes his place in the hotel’s grand ballroom for the scheduled speech, and the First Lady arrives amid loud applause 15 minutes later.
After the speech, presidential adviser Kenny O’Donnell informs Roy Kellerman, the Secret Service agent in charge of the trip, that the presidential limousine should not be equipped with its bubbletop if the weather is clear in Dallas.[94]
Later, press secretary Mac Kilduff shows the Kennedys a negative advertisement published in The Dallas Morning News with the headline “Welcome Mr. Kennedy to Dallas.” Kennedy tells his wife: “We’re heading into nut country today.”
To: Edgar Tatro From: Bill Cheslock Re: Houston Police Department’s Investigation of Three Tramps in Dealey Plaza Date: November 16, 1991, JFK Symposium, Dallas Texas John Craig – Homicide Division, Houston D.P. He gave a description of the tramps, plus a little background of each:
Charles Frederick Rogers – Alias “Montoya” and “Rojas.” Worked for the C IA and was a physicist.
Chuck (Charles) Harrelson- Taller tramp. John Craig of the Houston P.D. knows Harrelson, as the latter’s brother Claude worked for the detective.
Chauncey Holt- Has come forward, and given himself up to Houston Police. He says he is the older tramp in the pictures. He tried to stay out of pictures taken of them by standing in back of the other two tramps. He even made funny faces to make identification difficult.
Chauncey Marvin Holt (October 23, 1921 – June 28, 1997) was an American known for claiming to be one of the “three tramps” photographed in Dealey Plaza shortly after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. In a 1991 Newsweek article about Oliver Stone’s JFK, Holt received national attention for various claims he made regarding the assassination of President Kennedy.[1][2] According to Holt, he was a CIA operative sent to Dallas to deliver phony Secret Service credentials.[1][2] He also claimed to have worked as an accountant for Meyer Lansky. By 1936, Lansky had established gambling operations in Florida,[19]New Orleans, and Cuba.[20] These gambling operations were successful as they were founded upon two innovations:His account is further explored in his autobiography Self-Portrait of a Scoundrel, which was posthumously released by TrineDay Publishing in August 2013. Like Jacky Ruby Rubenstein of the SAME mafia, Gambling entertainers in post-Castro Cuba was promised by the CIA.
n the 1930s, Lansky and his gang stepped outside their usual criminal activities to break up rallies held by the pro-NaziGerman-American Bund. He recalled a particular rally in Yorkville, a German neighborhood in Manhattan, that he and fourteen other associates disrupted:”The stage was decorated with a swastika and a picture of Adolf Hitler. The speakers started ranting. There were only fifteen of us, but we went into action. We threw some of them out the windows. Most of the Nazis panicked and ran out. We chased them and beat them up. We wanted to show them that Jews would not always sit back and accept insults”.[22]
During World War II, Lansky was also instrumental in helping the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI)’s Operation Underworld, in which the government recruited criminals to watch out for German infiltrators and submarine-borne saboteurs. Lansky helped arrange a deal with the government via a high-ranking United States Navy official. This deal secured the release of Luciano from prison; in exchange, the Mafia would provide security for the warships that were being built along the docks in New York Harbor. German submarines were sinking Allied ships in great numbers along the eastern seaboard and the Caribbean coast,[23] and there was great fear of attack or sabotage by Nazi sympathizers. Lansky connected the ONI with Luciano, who reportedly instructed Joseph Lanza to prevent sabotage on the New York waterfront.[24]
Yidish Mafia La Kosher Nostra Meyer Lansky (born Maier Suchowljansky;[1] July 4, 1902 – January 15, 1983), known as the “Mob’s Accountant“, was an American organized crime figure who, along with his associate Charles “Lucky” Luciano, was instrumental in the development of the National Crime Syndicate in the United States.
A member of the Jewish mob, Lansky developed a gambling empire that stretched around the world. He was said to own points (percentages) in casinos in Las Vegas, Cuba, The Bahamas and London. Lansky additionally had a strong influence with the Italian-American Mafia and played a large role in the consolidation of the criminal underworld. The full extent of this role has been the subject of some debate, as Lansky himself denied many of the accusations against him.[4] Despite nearly 50 years as a member/participant in organized crime,[5] Lansky was never found guilty of anything more serious than illegal gambling.[6] He has a legacy of being one of the most financially successful gangsters in American history. Before he fled Cuba, he was said to be worth an estimated $20 million (equivalent to $159 million in 2020).[7] When he died in 1983, his family learned that his estate was worth around US$57,000 (equivalent to $155,079 in 2021).[8]
Holt has given eight hours of video deposition. John Craig believes Holt to be for real.
Thes older tramp is now 70 years old, considered a genius, worked for the CIA, Organized Crime, was a master document forger, and was once tried for assassination, but acquitted.
Holt said that, in addition to getting old and wishing to tell the truth, he is also very tired of being mistaken for E. Howard Hunt. Detective:Craig believes that this can be a major break in the JFK case if Holt is for real. Finally, Chauncey Holt was willing to come to the Symposium, and tell his story, if heavy security could be guaranteed. This could not be guaranteed, and he thus refused to come to Dallas.
Next in his presention, Detective Craig introduced Lois Gibson, who works for the Houston P.D. as a forensic artist. In addition, she graduated from the F.B.I. school for forensic artistry, and has worked for the Bureau for the past ten years. She has one hundred and fifty cases pending at the moment, and has been involved in thousands of cases requiring OrtaTied court forensic artists.
The third individual panelist, Phil Rogers, gave a biographical sketch of each of the three tramps;
Charles Frederick Rogers- Born 1921, Houston, Texas. In 1965, he butchered his parents and preserved them in a refrigerator after cutting them to pieces. When friends started to get suspicious, they called police to the Rogers’ house. Charles, living in the house all this time, was able to flee out the back, and vanished. Found in the house, besides the bodies in the refrigerator, was a sophisticated short wave set connected to an antenna, similar to Those used by intelligence agents. He has had no; job since 1957, but was always well dressed. He had a pilot’s license, and flew for Air America. He had numerous post office boxes under assumed names.
Panelist Rogers stated that the Houston P.D. requested the FBI to put Frederick Rogers into the national computer system (N.C.I.C.). Just recently, the Houston P.D. discovered that the FBI originally never fulfilled that request, and has since refused subsequent requests by the Houston P.D. to put.Charles Frederick Rogers into the computer.
Houston police officials find this reluctance by the FBI to be: very strange, to say the least.
Besides being employed the CIA, Rogers attended the University of Houston as a physics major, is a linguist, was in the Civil Air Patrol in the 1950’s and held a similar position to that of David Ferrie, worked as a seismologist in Canada, was declared legally dead in 1975, but the Houston P.D. believes that he is now living in Central America. Police officials believe that his parents saw or heard something they should not have in 1965, and paid for their mistake with their lives.
Charles Harrelson- Born in Huntsville, Texas. While living in California, he was presented with the “Salesman of the Year” award for selling books. He then turned to a life of crime, and in 1968, was charged with murder. With the murder of Federal Judge Wood, he was on the run from police authorities, and when finally cornered in El Paso in a six hour standoff, admitted to being in Dealey Plaza, and killihg President Kennedy. He later retracted this statement, saying that he was high on cocaine. He is now in the Marion, Illinois institution for murdering Judge Wood.
Chauncey Holt- Born 1921 in Kentucky. Known to have artistic talent, was in the Air Force and was court martialed while serving in that armed forces branch. Knew hit man for the Detroit mob named Bob Zowick. Holt was an accountant for mobster Meyer Lansky in Miami, and was a member of the International Rescue Committee, which was a CIA group.
CHAUNCEY HOLT’S STORY Holt admitted to printing Lee Harvey Oswald’s Fair Play for Cuba leaflets while in California. He admitted to being on the street corner.rwith Oswald in New Orleans when the staged skirmish went on with Anti Castro Cubans. Others present were Frank Belcher, and Leroy Young, shown in the picture. Holt says that when he realized the photo was being taken, he started walking away. One anecdote Holt added to this New Orleans staged show was that they had to talk Oswald into going through with it, as he got cold feet as the time neared. Forensic artist Lois Gibson studied the New Orleans picture, and agrees that it is indeed Chauncey Holt.
She testified that the skull shape, ears, shoulders, elbows all fit the known photos of Holt. The photo she used was a still made by the television station crew in New Orleans in August 1963. She also forensically connected Holt with the older tramp in the Dealey Plaza photos taken on the day of the assassination.
She has successfully linked his nasal fold, nose, chin intersections, and ears with known photos of him and with the Dealey Plaza photos of the tramps.
Lois Gibson used her forensic expertise on photos of Charles Harrelson, as Holt identified him as being one of the tramps. She compared known photos of Harrelson with the Dealey Plaza tall tramp, and she concluded that it is indeed Charles Harrelson in the tramp photo. She came to this conclusion because of exact profile, wrinkles, mouth distance from the chin, mouth distance from the chin bone, nose, and ears.
In addition she has concluded that Harrelson’s shaving habits are the same in both photos, and his side burns are only. one millimeter different from a mug shot of ten years ago. Finally, she states that a photo of an opposite face profile examined by her shows a mirror image of Charles Harrelson.
Wryly, she told the hushed audience that he is smiling in the tramp photo.
The third tramp identified by Holt is Charles Frederick Rogers, also known as ‘Montoya” and “Rojas.”
At this point, the audience was told that RogerS fled his parents’ home as police arrived, and left his pistol in his room.
There is reason to believe that it was a CIA issued pistol.
Forensic artist Gibson then continued with her analysis of the third tramp.
It was very difficult finding photos of Rogers, as he was very careful not to have many left around. However, Houston Police were able to go back to his high school year book of 1939-’40 and his college picture taken at Sam Houston State,, i and use these to compare with the tramp photos. Gibson concluded the following, after analyzing the photos: the subject’s nose, ears shape, and mouth are identical. Conclusive for Gibson, however, are: exact hair wave, nose shape is exact, eye sockets are exact, and shadows formed by the inside of his ears are exact. Finally, she detects an unusual gape in the walk of the tramp Holt says is Rogers.
Her conclusion is that the third tramp in the photo is indeed Charles Frederick Rogers. An anecdote told to the audience revealed the fact that Rogers’ father worked as a bookie for none other than Carlos Marcello, in the Houston area. Another twist to this segment of the story is told to us by John Craig.
It is known that David Ferrie drove a few hundred miles through a storm to go “skating” at Winterland Park.
The manager of the rink told Houston Police that Charles Frederick Rogers used that rink for phone calls and meetings all the time. We now have Ferrie and Rogers linked to at least two activities; “skating” and the Civil Air Patrol.
The panel, at this point, relayed Holt’s account of his and the other tramps’ activities in Dealey Plaza on Novembember 22, 1963.
First of all, he admitted that it was he who prepared the phony Secret Service credentials for the bogus men around the grassy knoll, while he was in Los Angeles. ;While in Dealey Plaza, one of the tramps came up to him and said, “Hi I’m Chuck Harrelson,” prior to the assassination.
Holt said that he was driving around the parking lot in back of the knoll in a station wagon from Arizona, with two other men known as Nicoletti and Nocera (sic?). Holt testified that he did not see the actual assassination, but heard the shots from the rear of the TSBD. His instructions were to meet the other tramps in the railroad yard and hide in the ninth box car from the engine.
This they did, but were soon caught by police and were questioned outside of the box car. Holt, who had a nose bleed and stuffed Kleenex up his nostrils to stop the bleeding, testified that he and the other two tramps presented phony Tax and Treasury Department credentials, which Holt said he made up with the bogus Secret Service credentials, to the police officers. Holt added that he told the police they were working under cover.
The Dallas police officers, relaxing at this point, told the tramps that they had to bring them in anyway for questioning.
This could explain why the police officers didn’t cuff them, and permitted them to walk in a casual manner to the police building.
Once inside, the police officers, according to Holt, called in Will Fritz and FBI agent Shanklin. Again, Holt and the two other tramps showed their phony credentials, and , according to Holt, Shanklin let them go without any further procedures.’ Finally, Holt said that he was driven to Red Bird Air Port by Jim Braden, and his final destination found him in South America.
At this point, there was a question and answer period. I went to the microphone, and asked the panel three questions:
1) How did Holt know the Secret Service’s color of the day for credentials? Answer: He couldn’t find out until the very last minute. 2) How did Holt get into the rear parking area, if it was secured for two hours before the assassination? Answer: Holt told them that he was given a key to get in the parking area. 3) Did Holt tell them what them what they were to do if they weren’t caught in the box car by police? Answer: Still go to the Red Bird Air Port.
Chauncey Holt reiterates his statement that he was behind the TSBD when shots were fired at the presidential limousine. He also submitted in his testimony that he truly believes that he was put out back in the rail road yard to be used as a potential patsy, if it didn’t work out with Oswald for one reason or another.
Chauncey Holt was born in Kentucky on 23rd October, 1921. When he was 19 he joined the United States Army Airforce (USAAF). The following year he was court-martialed and sent to the U.S. penitentiary barracks at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, for attacking another soldier with a Springfield rifle.
Holt was released in June 1940 but deserted from the USAF after the attack on Pearl Harbor. He eventually returned to duty but in 1942 he travelled in a car from Fort Knox to Louisville. He was arrested and charged with taking the car without permission and was sentenced to 18 months in the Industrial Reformatory at Chillicott, Ohio. On his release he found work with the Bethelem-Fairfield Shipyard Company.
After the war Holt met Peter Licavoli, a leading figure in the Mafia in Detroit. Holt was sent to Florida where he worked for Meyer Lansky as an accountant and pilot. This included several trips to Cuba where Lansky had extensive business interests. Lansky also sent Holt to worked for the International Rescue Committee (IRC). This was a Central Intelligence Agency controlled organization that had been set up to distribute funds to organizations attempting to overthrow left-wing governments. During the time Holt was also involved in producing forged documents for the CIA and the Mafia.
Holt also became involved in what later become known as Executive Action (a plan to remove unfriendly foreign leaders from power). This including a coup d’état that overthrew the Guatemalan government of Jacobo Arbenz in 1954 after he introduced land reforms and nationalized the United Fruit Company. However, the main target of this operation was Fidel Castro who had established a socialist government in Cuba.
In March I960, President Dwight Eisenhower of the United States approved a CIA plan to overthrow Castro. The plan involved a budget of $13 million to train “a paramilitary force outside Cuba for guerrilla action.” The strategy was organized by Richard Bissell and Richard Helms. An estimated 400 CIA officers were employed full-time to carry out what became known as Operation Mongoose. Holt later claimed that he worked on this project with figures such as Sam Giancana, Johnny Roselli, Edward Lansdale and William Harvey.
After the failed Bay of Pigs invasion Holt worked for Meyer Lansky in California. Meyer took over the Los Angeles Stamp and Stationary Company where Holt continued to produce illegal documents and false police badges. He also worked closely with Phillip A. Twombly, a former Executive Vice President of Coca Cola for their Caribbean operations. Twombly now owned a bank in Fullerton, California, which was used to distribute CIA funds for covert operations.
Lee Harvey Oswald handing out pamphlets in New Orleans. Holt is the man on the far right. Holt has written in the names of some of the people involved in this operation.
In 1963 Holt claims he received instructions from Phillip A. Twombly to provide false ID documents for Lee Harvey Oswald. These documents (in the names of Lee Harvey Oswald and Alek Hiddell) were delivered by a man called George Reynolds. In August, 1963, Twombly asked Holt to travel to New Orleans, where he met Oswald and Carlos Bringuier.
Holt later claimed he was went to Dallas in November, 1963, with Charlie Nicoletti, James Canty and Leo Moceri. In Dallas he passed on forged documents and guns (with silencers) to Charles Harrelson and Charles Rogers (Richard Montoya). Holt was told that “an incident was going to be created which could be laid at the door of pro-Castro Cubans. The word attempted assassination was never used. We assumed that from all this light loaded ammunition that maybe somebody was going to try to take a shot from somewhere, probably the Dal-Tex building, or one of the buildings around there. But at no time was it ever intimidated to us that an assassination or attempted assassination on Kennedy.”

Self-Portrait of a Scoundrel Paperback – August 22, 2013 released well after Houston PD Symposium along with other emerging info
by Chauncey Holt (Author) Released for the first time 16 years after his death, this startling autobiography by one of the so-called “three tramps” from the John F. Kennedy assassination reveals the details of Chauncey Marvin Holt’s many claims. Much mystery and suspicion still swirls around that fateful day in November 1963, and theories abound in nearly every form of media. But one of the major mysteries revolves around the three men spotted and later arrested in Dealey Plaza. Holt’s controversial confession to being one of the three tramps has a history of its own, and in his own words he delves into his unique and wild background and life. From his United States Air Force service during Pearl Harbor to his associations with the mob and the CIA, Holt discusses his experiences and encounters in great detail. From a man who truly lived a rare and unique life, the book explains the ins and outs of his associations with Lee Harvey Oswald and the assassination in this unique retrospective of a complex and occasionally dubious life.
OCUMENTARY EXPOSES EXISTENCE OF ASSASSINATION NETWORK
SAN DIEGO–A never before seen documentary, that remains locked in a safety deposit box in La Costa, California, may hold new clues about an assassination plot that removed an American president from office & other world leaders–during the Cold War…
According to the producers, this new video, entitled Spooks, Hoods & the Hidden Elite, reveals the existence of a frightening, clandestine paper trail that had been hidden away since the 1970’s. The Âletters in this collection are comprised of private correspondence & classified CIA memos. They appear to be coded, back-channel discussions between CIA assets & underworld operatives involved in executive action–worldwide assassination. Some of the letters Âcollectively seem to portray a virtual Âhunting of the president in 1963. Those that have seen copies say theyÂre positively chilling.
The video alleges that the Âletters were written by members of a renegade covert network that operated outside official channels. They represented an intersection of the U.S. intelligence community, organized crime & political, corporate & institutional elites. The story is told through the eyes & files of the late Chauncey Marvin Holt, a mysterious figure alleged to have been a longtime CIA contract agent/pilot, Mafia confidant, self-described assassination team member & Âblack ops courier.
In the documentary, Holt divulges the nature of his deep cover involvement with this shadowy entityÂwhich he referred to as a veritable secret government. He maintained it is international in scope & has been in existence from the 1940’s, and most likely, in operation today…
Some of the classified documents that Holt references to tell the story, first surfaced in the fall of 1983. They were accidentally uncovered among an inventory of items seized in a search warrant executed by the police department in Carlsbad, California. At that time, Holt had been arrested in connection with the execution style murder of an Oceanside loan shark with mob ties in Chicago. During HoltÂs trial, the CIA provided the court with top secret documents. Two massive files were sent down from Agency headquarters. At the insistence of the CIA, only the judge was allowed to examine their contents. Those records vetted HoltÂs connections with the Central Intelligence Agency over many years. Holt was later acquitted. The murder ,however, remains unsolved to this day…
In the mid 1970’s, at a time when he was on the run from the authorities, Holt sent away a box of these Âsensitive documents for Âsafekeeping to a trusted associate in Colorado Springs. In April of 1997, realizing he didnÂt have long to live, Holt sought to retrieve the box–which had been carefully sealed. He was advised that his friend had died, but instructions had been left for the return of the papers to Holt. He received them by way of Âspecial delivery in the late spring of 1997. According to Holt, the seal on the package remained intactÂ-the contents resting safely inside for two decades.
Holt himself died shortly thereafter–in San Diego–in June of 1997. But just days before he succumbed to cancer, Holt agreed to tell his story to the producers. He said he wanted Âto set the record straight about the incestuous relationship that existed between the U.S. intelligence community, organized crime and how these groups did the bidding of an unseen, all-powerful hidden elite.
In this explosive two hour production, Holt lays bare the story behind these surviving classified communications. If Holt is believed, the Âprivate correspondence he maintains he hid over the years, may be the only Âfingerprints ever left by conspirators in the death of the president.
The documentary follows Holt from his early years & initiation into the MobÂ-befriended by notorious figures such as Meyer Lansky & Mafia boss Peter LicavoliÂ-to his role as a CIA contract agent running several proprietary interests for Âthe Company. Holt told the producers that the assassination paper trail detailed in the story, was a partial set of footprints proving conspiracy in high places.
The producers said they felt the time was right to finally bring forth the story. Now they say, despite many obstacles & obstructions, this intriguing tale is ready to be shared with the public. The Independent Film Society (IFS) in Southern California has expressed an interest in showcasing the story at an upcoming film series.

Holt got his JFK assasination instructions from Womblyof Cococala aka Nixon meeting with them while in Dallas at the same time, Deal with Mexico for Cocola rights.
hillip A. Twombly was Executive Vice President of Coca Cola for their Caribbean operations. Later he owned a bank in Fullerton, California. According to Chauncey Holt this bank was used to distribute CIA funds for covert operations.
In 1963 Holt received instructions from Twombly to provide false ID documents for Lee Harvey Oswald. In August, 1963, Twombly asked Holt to travel to New Orleans, where he met Oswald and Carlos Bringuier.
Chauncey Holt later claimed he was went to Dallas in November, 1963, with Charlie Nicoletti, James Canty and Leo Moceri.
I should point out of course, one name I haven’t mentioned and probably the most important on the West Coast was Phillip A. Twombly. Twombly had been at one time an Executive Vice President of Coca Cola for their Caribbean operations. And along with Donald Kendall (Pepsi Cola), was considered by the CIA to be the eyes and ears of the CIA (down there). So he came to California and bought a bank in Fullerton, which was strictly for the use as a conduit of finances.
All of the instructions that came to the West Coast came through Twombly. Twombly in turn, we would, we rarely met face to face. He had two assistance, one, a man by the name of David L. Palmer, and he had a gentleman by the name of Marilyn Mahab?, who used to pass on all the information to us in the way of instructions as to what we were to provide.
All of the requests that came for the stuff that we were to produce for Oswald, who we had never heard of, didn’t even know, came from, through Twombly. These were pamphlets we were suppose to do, false identifications, a number of false identifications that ended up in the hands of authorities. We did IDs for Oswald in both his name and Hidel…
Phillip Twombly asked us if we would be willing to fly to New Orleans and give some support to Oswald, who was a stranger to us. The only thing we knew about Oswald at the time was we had detected the address on there as being 544 Camp Street. Although we were not familiar with Oswald we certainly knew what was at 544 Camp Street because we had done that before. It was the HQ of Sergio A. Smith’s organization, the CRC. There was a restaurant in the first floor and Guy Bannister had an office in the building, although he used an address around the corner, it was in the same building. And George Reynolds knew the man who owned the building, a guy by the name of Sam Newman, and he knew him.
