I have been “Targeted” by a rare form of FBI (and dare I even say it so early) CIA harassment tied to long term CIA and FBI programs that even predate one of those agencies.
The Office of Information Services later Office of Strategic Services and later yet CIA has a long running connection to the Donegan family.
This goes back to 1925 before the FBI even truly existed. It is hard to get from what happened then to now but the story relates to a program called Midnight Climax and Paperclip, OSS and CIA programs that in adult entertainer culture recruited honeypots, surrogate comfort women, surrogate mothers (in CIA research including Twins Studies and racial twins research) and other activities.
This sleaze world already turned into a slush fund and high level but low life system in that adult entertainers and others including street people are part of continuing DNA studies and DNA usage without my consent.
Although a series of excuses were made an abusive use of a Donegan trust fund has allowed biological claims to rights genetics if the wrongful case of sexual misconduct against me can appear be true.
A Legend has been created of sexual misconduct alledged to me (and FBI standard) of children’s panties strewn around me, etc., and a trust fund for only my use get used by the person who planted the child porn or a designate of that person who in turn is given “retardation” lessons by sex workers who temp the dopple of me (identity theft) to wish adult women sex worker surrogacy instead.
It is outlandish by has ruined my life as it was designed to do. A system of smear called a GangStalk by Law Enforcement Intelligence Units is constantly staging “will he take the bait” children near me provocatively posed.
Law enforcement asks for help from dupes planting the bait although in facts I know and law enforcement knows I have no interest in the bait and they fake it ever being taken.
Law Enforcement will take a picture over my rear shoulder to the child and smear me as having taken the bait.
This leads to demands from my trust fund to send a sex worker and to pay claim to a protection racket who continue a smear against me.
