Means Motive Opportunity.
Elements of a crime. A crime against Persons or Property.
Means is a gun, motive is a desire for cash and liquor. Opportunity is a small stand-along liquor store with one on duty employee late at night will little traffic could be held up using a cheap Saturday Night Special handgun.
In other crimes the Means, Motive, and Opportunity are not elements of a whole not exceeding the whole but rather each greater crimes in and of themselves.
This is the case with State crimes, Warlike Acts, and simple crimes against Persons and Properties such as homicides of journalists are acts in furthers and war-like acts, acts of sabutouers whos Motive is the criminal intent against the State and its integrity, whose means is murder, radiological attacks, or simple biological poisons and car crashes, and whose opportunity is the ability by crime to subvert, control, or alter the State.
It is these crimes (war like acts) I assert that form an upside down pyramid. Each brick builds up into larger above, not three bricks of one element per and a single brick statute on top.
The simple crimes are elements in State crimes and are often extremely serious, can be ethnic and weapos of mass destruction, terrorism treason etc.,
Robert F. Kennedy will deliver this speech at a Russian Law school.
