3.1 Impersonations – vocal

I know this was difficult to hear. I did my best on a cell phone. The call was supposed to be through a landline with a speaker and last minute they went to a cell phone so there was some disorganization. The gist of what the witness said is that he is an intel officer and he works occasionally with the two suspects he mentions. An ATF & DEA Agent. He has known them for many years and they are part of Rod Rosenstein’s “goon squad” He said Rosenstein is very powerful from working his district for so long and has blackmail on many. These two have committed many crimes before including money laundering & drug trafficking. They are “dirty cops” and Rosenstein uses them to maintain power. His team was in charge of altering HRC email classifications and have been spying, copying others emails for many years for blackmail purposes. When Seth Rich allegedly downloaded a bunch of HRC emails it set alarms off. They were worried they would be found out so once identified they began taking Seth.

He apparently kept the disc in him at all times. On the night of his death they waited until he left the bar followed him then stopped him at some point ordering him to his knees at gunpoint from behind. At some point he struggled and they shot him in the back as they retrieved the thumbdrive/flash disc.

They shot him a second time in the back after getting the disc. Then fled. He does not know what happened after with Seth. The disc was brought to USSS (secret service) for handling due to their expertise of these computer systems.

I spoke to a retired homicide detective working the case who was sweating and shakey as he seemed legitimately scared.

The witness had quite detailed portions of his story and also seemed scared that he would be killed for what he knows but since he has spoken out to House Intel under supena and underwent a polygraph which he passed. He decided to go public in hopes of getting protection so he can testify.

He did not provide direct evidence this is true but he seemed credible that something had definitely occurred along these lines. He was obviously aware his voice could be identified by some but was concerned for his safety if he did not go public at some level, since no LEO had followed up since his house testimony.

My Name is Edward Paul Donegan son of James Paul Donegan of Dorchester Massachusetts and GLorian Donegan born in North Carolina and later was raised into adulthood near Camden, South Carolina by a family of farmers and DuPont employees.

I worked in high tech during mid-life gaining Checkpoint Certified Firewall Engineer certifications on the FW-1 product and Virtual Private Network (cryptographics tunneling in IP networks) certification and CIsco PIX (Private Interchange Box a similar product offering of firewall integrated with cryptographic and mail exchanger (MX) functions. I obtained these after a series of inter-networking and hardware certifications in computer technology and this followed Regional Occupation Vocational Rehab training under instruct Dan Leonard in the Bay Area. I was in vocational rehab (a program to match those without usable skills in that market with training in the employers needs in that region of California.)

I had been in that program after flunking out of University of Oregon business program that did not hold my interest nor did it compete effectively with my very serious drug addiction. I had entered Rehab in a about year 2002 after being fired from my last job and placed on disability. I had been through a string of racially motivated attacks by total strangers since the 1990’s and I blamed at that time sociology and took that on as blogger which did not chill animosity towards me.

James Paul Donegan my father struggled with my failures and how best to support me but there was little he could to but follow my ups and down with increasing disappointment. Frequently I was in conflicts with the FBI, NIH, and others. The National Institute of Police was a factor because I questioned the Human Genome Program and its work for a variety of reasons including too little understanding of my own traits of learning disabilities and related medicines as well as their emphasis on blaming of white Europeans for all problems that I was sure I had nothing to do with. Jen Moore asserted a high placed conspiracy called Pizzagate encourage a criminal operation to slander my life and even create a pay-outs system on the slander that is tied to the Donegan genome.
